Urban Cryptids hoodies are printed on the classic Gildan 18500 — warm, durable, and made for everyday wear. Same weird designs. Same attention to detail. Just hoodie form.

The Hoodie

The Print
We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing with water-based, OEKO-TEX® certified inks.

• Smooth feel (not a thick plastic layer)
• Strong color with proper wash care
• Made to last through normal wear and washing

Made to Order
Each hoodie is made to order after you purchase to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

• Care Instructions
• Wash cold, inside out
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Avoid high heat (it’s the #1 reason prints age faster)
• Save.

📦 Shipping Process

1. You place your order

Orders are processed once per day at 11:30 PM (Central Time).
Once processed, your order moves into production.

2. We make your item

Each item is printed to order by one of our U.S. print partners.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

3. We ship your order

After production, your order ships via standard shipping.

• Production time: typically 2–5 business days
• Shipping time: typically 2–5 business days

📦 Most customers receive their orders within 7–10 business days total

During busy periods or due to carrier delays, delivery may take up to 14 business days.

🚚 Please note:
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote areas may take an additional 7–12 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Orders with more than one item

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced at different locations.
This means they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

🚚 Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost, please reach out to us.

📦 Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

Please be sure to review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up until 11:30 PM Central Time (CST) on the day the order is placed, as long as the item has not yet entered production.

To cancel an order, please email us at support@urbancryptids.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.

🔄 Returning an Order

If your order has already gone into production, it can’t be canceled. However, once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a refund if it’s unused and in original condition.

Here’s how returns work:

• You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
• We don’t provide free return labels, but we can email you a label and send a separate invoice for the cost.
• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@urbancryptids.com with:

• A photo of the full item
• A close-up of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

If your order arrives with a defect, printing issue, or damage, simply reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Because all of our items are made to order, we ask that customers carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing an order.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Item must not be obviously worn or stained
• Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
