You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you can’t find it, check your spam or promotions folder — or just reply to your order email and we’ll resend it.

What type of shirts do you use?
We print primarily on Bella+Canvas unisex tees (soft, lightweight, and pre-shrunk) for comfort and durability.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart, and we also have a fit-guide video to help you get the perfect fit.

How should I wash my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash in cold water, and tumble dry low to keep your cryptid design looking sharp for years to come.

Returns

Because every item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for size or preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll gladly send a free replacement — just reply to your confirmation email or message us at support@urbancryptids.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

We want you to be thrilled with your order and will always make it right when something goes wrong.
