We use premium **Bella + Canvas 3001** shirts — made in the USA from ultra-soft airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Designed for comfort, durability, and a flattering unisex fit. Lightweight but not flimsy. Soft but structured. The kind of shirt you reach for again and again.

**Will it shrink?**  
Very little. They're pre-shrunk and hold their shape well.

**Is this a unisex shirt?**  
Yep. These are made to work for everyone. Check our size chart if you’re unsure. They are located on all products.

**Will the design fade?**  
Nope. DTG prints stay bold and clear, wash after wash.

**Where are your shirts made?**  
Printed, packed, and shipped from the USA. Ethically produced. No shortcuts.

📦 The Process

1.) You place your order – Orders are processed twice per day at 12 PM and 12 AM CST. Once processed, they move to the production phase.

2.) Production begins – Your T-shirt is created by one of our print providers located closest to you in the U.S. Once in production, please allow 2–5 business days for your item(s) to be made. Your order will then be shipped out.

3.) Shipping time – Once your item is created, it will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please allow 2–5 business days for standard shipping.
Total time to receive your product may take 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4.) Multiple items may arrive separately – If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different locations. This means they could arrive in separate packages and on different days. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking info for each shipment as it goes out.

🛑 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer able to control delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by the carrier.
That said, we’re always here to help — if your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll gladly assist in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.

📦 Return & Refund Policy

Each shirt we sell is made to order just for you—your chosen size, color, and design. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

🔁 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins and we’re no longer able to stop or refund the order.

🔄 Returning an Order

If your order has already gone into production, it can’t be canceled. However, once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a refund if it’s unused and in original condition.

Here’s how returns work:

• You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

• We don’t provide free return labels, but we can email you a label and send a separate invoice for the cost.

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect (misprint, hole, or incorrect design), we’re happy to help!

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us at support@urbancryptids.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Include clear photos of the issue, including one showing the full item and another close-up of the defect.

• For design placement issues, include a photo using a ruler or straight edge for reference.

We review all claims carefully. Replacements or refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed misprinted or damaged based on our print provider’s standards.
