Urban Cryptids tees are made on premium Bella + Canvas 3001 blanks and printed using professional DTG methods for long-lasting comfort and color. No stiff prints. No bargain-bin shirts.

The Shirt

We use Bella + Canvas 3001 tees for every design.

• 100% Airlume combed & ring-spun cotton
• Lightweight, breathable, and soft — not thin or flimsy
• Side-seamed for better structure and fit
• Pre-shrunk for minimal shrinkage
• Unisex retail fit (true to size)

All designs are printed using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing with water-based, OEKO-TEX® certified inks.

How It’s Made

Each tee is made to order and printed in the USA after you place your order.

• Printed individually to reduce waste

Care Instructions

To keep your tee looking its best:

• Wash cold, inside out
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Do not dry clean

📦 Shipping Process

1. You place your order
Orders are processed twice a day at 12 PM and 12 AM (Central Time). Once processed, they move to production.

2. We make your item
Your item is printed by one of our U.S. print partners.
This part takes 2–5 business days.

3. We ship your order
After production, your order is shipped.

• Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days.

• Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days, but please allow up to 14 calendar days during busy times or delays.

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Orders with more than one item
If your order has multiple items, they may be made at different places. They could ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll get tracking for each one.

🚚 Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we can’t control any delays, lost items, or delivery errors.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to help.

📦 Return & Refund Policy

Each shirt we sell is made to order just for you—your chosen size, color, and design. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

🔁 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins and we’re no longer able to stop or refund the order.

🔄 Returning an Order

If your order has already gone into production, it can’t be canceled. However, once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a refund if it’s unused and in original condition.

Here’s how returns work:

• You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

• We don’t provide free return labels, but we can email you a label and send a separate invoice for the cost.

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect (misprint, hole, or incorrect design), we’re happy to help!

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us at support@urbancryptids.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Include clear photos of the issue, including one showing the full item and another close-up of the defect.

• For design placement issues, include a photo using a ruler or straight edge for reference.

We review all claims carefully. Replacements or refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed misprinted or damaged based on our print provider’s standards.

• In the same condition it was received
• Not obviously worn or with stains
• Any tags still in place
