📦 Return & Refund Policy
Each shirt we sell is made to order just for you—your chosen size, color, and design. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check the size chart (in the product photos) before ordering.
🔁 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up until 11:30 PM Central Time (CST) on the day the order is placed, as long as the item has not yet entered production.
To cancel an order, please email us at support@urbancryptids.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.
🔄 Returning an Order
If your order has already gone into production, it can’t be canceled. However, once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a refund if it’s unused and in original condition.
Here’s how returns work:
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
- We don’t provide free return labels, but we can email you a label and send a separate invoice for the cost.
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a defect (misprint, hole, or incorrect design), we’re happy to help!
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us at support@urbancryptids.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the issue, including one showing the full item and another close-up of the defect.
- For design placement issues, include a photo using a ruler or straight edge for reference.
We review all claims carefully. Replacements or refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed misprinted or damaged based on our print provider’s standards.
